Existing Residents
We operate an open visiting policy within Our Lady’s Manor Nursing Home.  During meal times, visitors are most welcome to wait in the lobby/visitors’ area unless they wish to assist the Resident they are visiting with their meal. In order to protect our Residents, we ask that all visitors wait in the lobby area prior to visiting to enable staff to announce their arrival and advise visitors to partake in precautionary infection control measures as appropriate. Our Lady’s Manor Nursing Home reserves the right to impose restrictions on visiting arrangements where the visit or time of visit is deemed to pose a risk or where the Resident requests restrictions.

Potential Residents
We understand that the decision to move into long-term care can be a difficult one and may sometimes cause feelings of stress. At Our Lady’s Manor Nursing Home, we want to assist Residents by providing all the information they need in order to make an informed decision and to make the moving-in experience as smooth and as comfortable as possible. Our staff are happy to meet with potential residents and their family to give them a tour of the building and discuss personal needs and preferences. In order to ensure that potential residents and/or their representatives receive our uninterrupted attention we ask that they kindly let us know their expected arrival time prior to visiting

Email a Resident
On our home page a relative or friend can use our “email a resident” option to send an email to any resident. Emails are printed out and delivered to the respective resident.
